My approach

Psychoanalysis is a group of theories that can be applied to different areas, being Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy one of them. This type of therapy helps people who feel caught in recurrent psychic problems that impede their potential to experience happiness, productivity, and creativity due to inner conflicts that are expressed as depression, anxiety, inhibitions, insomnia, etc. It is difficult to be aware of those inner conflicts that cause other problems in life, and it is even harder to solve them on our own. Searching and understanding the root of those conflicts, as well as an open dialogue, free of prejudgment take part in every session in psychoanalytic therapy.

Psychotherapist Dulce M. Panduro has had the opportunity of helping women going through different types of violence situations. Has also worked with children with special education needs. In the last 12 years, she has worked mostly withing the clinical area, especially, providing psychoanalytic psychotherapy first with the Clínica José Sáyago, and mostly in her private practice.
