In-person therapy
Psychoanalytic therapy helps by enabling patients to transform their relationship with unconscious traumas and repetitive, self-destructive patterns.
Through specialized, empathetic listening, the analyst helps the patient vocalize deeply repressed suffering, often transforming symptoms and changing their subjective experience of life.
In-person therapy is conducted session by session, without planning ahead, sitting face to face or having the patient lay on the couch for allowing deeper concentration in their thoghts as they speak.
